Being a woman in the workplace can be tough. Being a professional in a traditionally male-dominated industry is tougher. Add the complexity of being a woman clergy or woman professional leading ministry as her career and call? You may have just named the biggest leadership challenge of all.
FIERCE, a gathering for women who work professionally and lead spiritually within the church, will combine safe space, support and encouragement from those who have "been there and yet still do that" with tough love challenges, tools and a network that will help women clergy and other women church leaders rediscover their call and thrive in the "industry" that's responsible for eternal kingdom of God impact.
