Clergy Covenant Community (cluster) - An authentic sacred, grace-filled community where life is lived together and stories are shared, while being shaped by the narrative of God’s grace.

OUR MISSION
To be in covenant community within the church to mutually support, care for, and hold accountable each other for the sake of the life and mission of the church (Paragraph 306). 'The mission of the United Methodist Church is to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world'. (Para 120)

VISION
That every WOC clergy would have the opportunity to meet at least monthly with a grace-filled collegial community of four to twelve clergy, in order to provide mutual support for personal and professional growth. The groups may be affinity groups, based on such factors as church size, mission, or geographical proximity.
