District Superintendent
Duane serves as Superintendent while continuing to serve as the Lead Pastor of Stillwater UMC. Duane has a great passion for building up the Kingdom of God by providing leadership that empowers and engages others in fruit-bearing ministry. |

Rev. Terry Heck
Assistant to the District Superintendent
for Clergy Recruitment
Terry leads and coordinates the work of the District Committee on Ordained Ministry with those who are
in
the candidacy process and are local pastors within the District. Terry also serves as lead pastor at Bellbrook UMC and works with the churches of Common Cup Ministries -- 17 United Methodist churches in the greater Xenia area. |

Rev. Linda Hedden
Assistant to the District Superintendent,
Mission Emphasis
Linda leads the mission emphasis for the district by encouraging congregations to experience Jesus through active participation in missions, and empowering and guiding existing mission sites. Linda has served Miami Valley churches in Springfield and Oxford, most recently serving as pastor of Napoleon UMC.

Barb Cherry
Bookkeeper
Barb handles all of the bookkeeping and finances for the District. This includes making deposits, keeping track of and paying bills, and providing the financial reports both monthly and quarterly.

Mary Littman
Administrative Assistant
Mary recently joined the District Team after serving in a similar role for Stillwater UMC. Mary looks forward to working with everyone throughout the District as she manages the day to day operations of the District Office. |

Kendell Geiling
Assistant to the District Superintendent for Leadership Development
Kendell, in this half-time position, plans training events, connects people with outside training opportunities and coaches individuals, groups and/or congregations. Kendell believes in doing “whatever it takes” to help people be more fruitful and effective in ministry. Kendell also serves part-time as a training instructor with Tentmakersmost notably with the Nehemiah Leadership Institute. |
